摘要
无髓牙修复是牙髓治疗与牙体修复二者的结合。丧失牙髓后牙体固有强度减弱.因此在无髓牙的修复中预防牙折具有特别重要的意义。本实验模拟无髓牙下颌第一磨牙(?)面Ⅰ类洞采用三维有限元法建立数值模型,利用SAP84(V4.2)程序计算并作了力学分析。结果显示:银汞合金或是复合树脂修复都以磷酸锌水门汀作基较合适,银汞合金修复时相对在银汞厚度大于基底厚度时应力最小,为最适宜的模型;而复合树脂修复时相对基底厚度大于树脂厚度为最佳。
Treatment of devitalized tooth is the combination of root canal therapy and restoration. Because the hardness of devitalized tooth come down,it is the most important to prevent tooth broken for itself. A three dimensional denai model simulating mandibular first molar (devitalized tooth) was used to study the stress induce on restoration to Class 1 by amalgam or composite with finite element method. The results showed that zinc phosphate cement was the most suitable liner filling with both amalgam and composite. The stress was lowest when amalgam was thicker than liner and composite resin was thinner than liner .
