牙周常规治疗和夹板固定对咀嚼效率影响的研究

The Effectiveness of Routine Periodontal Treatment and Splinting Fixation on Masticatory Efficiency

对一组牙周炎患者进行牙周常规治疗和夹板固定,通过测定其各临床指标的变化及咀嚼效率的改变,探讨牙周炎临床指标与咀嚼效率的关系,及牙周常规治疗和夹板固定对咀嚼功能的影响。试验结果表明,牙周治疗可以有效地改善牙齿的咀嚼功能,夹板固定松动牙可以有效地提高患者的咀嚼效率。咀嚼效率是一种简单、快捷判断牙周损害程度和治疗效果的客观评价指标。

Fifteen patients with chronic periodontitis were routinely treated and their loose teeth were fixed with periodontal splints. The clinical indices and masticatory efficiency were observed separately at pre- and post-treatment so as to inquire into the relation of the clinical indices and masticatory efficiency and the effectiveness of routine periodontal treatment and splinting fixation on masticatory efficiency. The results showed that the periodontal treatment and splinting fixation for loose teeth could improve and raise effectively masticatory function and efficiency. Masticatory efficiency can be used as an objective index to evaluate the damage of periodontal tissue and therapeutic effectiveness.
