102例孕晚期妇女母乳喂养知识状况的调查

Survey of breasffeeding knowledge among 102 pregnant women in the third trimester

目的了解目前孕晚期妇女母乳喂养知识的掌握情况以及需求情况。方法采用问卷调查法对102例孕妇进行母乳喂养知识及需求进行调查。结果孕晚期妇女母乳喂养知识得分偏低，为（64．26±16．91）分，母乳喂养知识得分与孕妇的文化程度有关（P〈0．01）。孕妇对母乳喂养姿势及时间、促进乳汁分泌、母乳喂养常见问题的预防和处理方面的知识需求程度比较高。结论医务工作者应该在围产保健过程中通过多种途径加强对孕妇的母乳喂养知识宣教，以提高母乳喂养率。

Objective To study breasffeeding knowledge among pregnant women in the third trimester, and to provide scientific evidence for health education. Methods A questionnaire were administered to 102 pregnant women in the third trimester. Results The pregnant women in the third trimester had poor breasffeeding knowledge, the average scores were （64. 26 ± 16.91 ）, and the average scores was positively related to the women＇ education background. The higher requirements for the knowledge included breasffeeding position and time, prevention and treatment of promoting the secretion and breasffeeding problems. Conclusions Health care providers should provide the breastfeeding knowledge by various ways for the pregnant women to improve the breasffeeding rate.
