护士离职及留职相关理论模型的研究现状

摘要 20世纪50—70年代,西方的许多学者开始注意到护士的流失率,并开始对护士离/留职的相关理论进行研究。笔者通过阅读大量文献,发现国外学者在组织行为学、管理学、护理学等理论研究以及大量临床研究的基础上,从不同的研究角度,构建了有关离/留职的理论模型。其中,有些理论模型用于护士群体离/留职的具体研究,结果发现这些理论模型在理论意义及社会意义均取得了显著成效。鉴于近年来国内对于护士离/留职已形成一个研究热点,
