企业内部知识共享的障碍及解决方法

The Barriers of and Solutions to Knowledge Sharing within Corporations

知识管理成为企业保持竞争优势的重要手段之一,很多企业在逐步建立知识管理体系。但是,如何在企业内部实现有效的知识共享是企业亟待解决的问题。本文结合惠普公司的企业内部知识共享实践,在对企业内部知识共享的障碍进行分析的基础上,提出了通过建立企业文化、构建企业内部市场、完善激励机制等方法,促进企业内部知识共享,实现知识管理的目标。

Knowledge management is one important means that the business enterprises keep competitive advantage, and many organizations are building knowledge sharing and management system. But how to achieve effective knowledge sharing is an urgent problem. By the empirical research, this article analyzes the barriers of knowledge sharing within corporations. Finally, by establishing corporate culture, building internal market and improving incentive mechanism, we put forward solutions that some corresponding tactics from the perspective to facilitate knowledge sharing within corporations.
