基于3DSMAX的标准牙冠数据库的建立 被引量:2

摘要 标准牙冠数据库是建立口腔义齿修复CAD/CAM系统的基础。本文提出了一种采用3DSMAX造型软件设计出全口牙列28颗标准牙冠模型组成数据库的方法,成功地建立了标准牙冠数据库。首先通过标准牙解剖图提取出关键线,之后在这些线的基础上利用3DSMAX软件的造型功能参考标准牙冠石膏模型设计出数字化的标准牙冠模型。经试验,采用该方法设计的标准牙冠模型精度高,适应性好,可以非常方便地实现变形等操作,为标准牙冠数据库的建立提供了一条新的思路,为进一步开发口腔义齿修复CAD/CAM系统打下了基础。 The database with standard 3D tooth crowns has laid the groundwork for dental CAD/CAM system. In this paper, we design the standard tooth crowns in 3DS MAX 9.0 and create a database with these models successfully. Firstly, some key lines are collected from standard tooth pictures. Then we use 3DS MAX 9.0 to design the digital tooth model based on these lines. During the design process, it is important to refer to the standard plaster tooth model. After some tests, the standard tooth models designed with this method are accurate and adaptable; fur- thermore, it is very easy to perform some operations on the models such as deforming and translating. This method provides a new idea to build the database with standard 3D tooth crowns and a basis for dental CAD/CAM system.
