摘要
目的：探讨下颌阻生智齿对邻牙、下前牙及牙槽骨的影响。方法：对３４３例无症状的下颌阻生智齿进行了临床分析。结果：下颌阻生智齿对邻牙的影响主要是造成相邻牙的龋病和牙槽骨吸收；并易引起牙周疾病和下前牙拥挤，由于智齿引起牙合干扰者对颞下颌关节也有影响。结论：预防性拔除无症状的下颌阻生智齿可以避免智齿对邻牙及下前牙。
ABSTRACT Objective:To study the effects of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth on adjacent teeth, incisors and alveolar bone. Methods: The clinical data of 343 cases of mandibular asymptomatic impacted wisdom teeth (MAIWT) were analyzed. Results: The effects of MAIWT on adjacent teeth mainly were alveolar bone absorption and caries formation ,periodontal disease and crowded anterior teeth. The occlusal interference caused by wisdom teeth could influence temporo mandibular joint. Conclusion: The effects of WAIWT on adjacent teeth, crowded lower anteriors teeth and alveolar bone absorption can be prevented by extracting the MAIWTT.
