Research on Piezoelectric Protein Sensor Array for Rapid Detecting HIV(1+2) Antibody

摘要 为研制快速检测HIV(1+2)压电免疫传感器阵列,设计了压电免疫传感器阵列基体,采用吸附-交联法将HIV(1+2)C1抗原固定在镀银石英晶体表面,运用洁净空气条件下的动态检测技术,设计测量体系,分别对标准质控物和临床血液样品进行检测。HIV(1+2)压电蛋白芯片检测的线性范围为0.01~2NCU/ml,检测灵敏度、特异性和符合率分别为91.7%、93.3%和92.7%。 To research piezoelectric immunosensor array for rapid detecting HIV(1 +2), piezoelectric immunosensor array matrix was designed. HIV(I+2)C1 antigen was immobilized onto the silver electrodes of quartz-crystal mierobalance, which was modified with adsorption and cross-linked method. In the clean air flow and monitoring environment, standard quality control and clinical serum sample were detected. The linear range for the measurement of HIV(1+2) was 0. 01-0.2 NCU/ml. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of HIV(1+2) piezoelectric protein sensor array were 91.7%, 93.3% and 92.7% respectively.
