试验选用216只1日龄东北肉鹅,随机分为9个处理,每个处理设4次重复,每个重复6只试鹅,采用四因素3水平L9(34)正交试验设计,通过血清生化试验和胫骨成分测定试验,探讨1~28日龄东北肉鹅日粮代谢能、粗蛋白、钙和非植酸磷水平对血清钙磷、碱性磷酸酶以及胫骨灰分、钙磷的影响。结果表明:日粮粗蛋白和钙水平对血清磷含量的影响极显著(P<0.01),日粮粗蛋白、钙和非植酸磷水平对血清碱性磷酸酶影响显著(P<0.05),日粮粗蛋白水平对胫骨磷含量影响显著(P<0.05),日粮非植酸磷水平对骨钙含量和胫骨灰分影响显著或极显著,血清磷与血清碱性磷酸酶存在较强的负相关性(r=-0.85)。
Two hundred and sixteen one-day-age northeast geese were randomly allotted to 9 treatments,24 birds per treatment,using four factors and three levels L9(3^4) orthogonal design,through serum trial and tibia component trial,in order to study effects of different levels of dietary metabolic energy (ME),crude protein (CP),calcium (Ca) and non-phytie acid phosphorus(NPP) on the content of Ca and P in serum and tibia,and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALK)in serum for northeast geese. The results indicated that dietary CP and Ca levels significantly affected the concentration of P in serum (P〈0.01). Dietary CP,Ca and NPP levels affected the activity of ALK in serum (P〈0.05). Dietary NPP levels affected the contents of the ash and Ca in tibia extremely significantly (P〈0.01). Dietary CP levels affected the content of P in tibia (P〈0.05). Dietary NPP affected the content of ash,Ca in tibia significantly or extremely significantly. It had strong negative correlation between the concentration of P and the activity of ALP in serum (r=-0.85).
