对家禽饲料有效能评定理论及实践中若干问题的探讨 被引量:11

摘要 本文从家禽体内的物质代谢过程及其变异入手,系统分析了现有家禽饲料有效能生物学评定体系在立论依据、测试手段及数据质量等方面存在的问题。在探讨基于模拟消化法评定家禽饲料有效能值的技术体系及发展方向的基础上,提出了建立以体外模拟消化技术为手段的家禽饲料有效能评定体系的必要性和可行性。
