嗜酸性粒细胞增多性蜂窝织炎研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 嗜酸性粒细胞增多性蜂窝织炎(eosinophilic cellulitis,EC)又称Wells综合征(Wells’s syndrome),为一种复发性肉芽肿性皮炎,伴有嗜酸粒细胞浸润。该病较少见,主要为成人发病,也可累及儿童。本文就嗜酸性粒细胞增多性蜂窝织炎的病因、临床表现、组织病理改变、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗的研究进展进行综述。
