摘要
目的:研究口外力与肌激动器联合使用对于咬肌与颞肌前束的肌动电流的影响。方法:用表面电极记录姿势位、正中牙合位大力咬合、口内戴入肌激动器与口内戴入肌激动器同时使用口外力4种情况下的肌电活动,比较治疗前、后的肌电变化。结果:姿势位时,治疗前后的肌电活动没有变化;正中牙合位大力咬合时,咬肌的肌电活动减小;治疗后3种状态时,咬肌与颞肌前束的肌电活动未见差异。结论:在治疗早期,口外力与肌激动器联合使用对咬肌肌电活动有一定程度的影响,对颞肌前束者影响不大。
ABSTRACT Objective: To study the electromyographic activity of masseter muscle and anterior temporal muscle in response to treatment with headgearactivator combination. Methods: Surface electrods were used to record the electromyographic activity. The treatment time lasted for about five months. Electromyographic recordings were collected with the mandible in the rest position, during maximal bite in the intercuspal position, activator in place and headgearactivator combination in use. Results: The activity of masseter muscle and anterior portion of temporal muscle in the rest position remained unchanged before and after treatment. In maximal bite, the electromyographic activity of masseter muscle decreased after treatment. After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference under three different conditions. Conclusion: In the early stage of treatment, the appliance of headgearactivator combination has some influence on the electromyographic activity of masseter muscle. It has little influence on that of anterior temporal muscle.
