固定矫正器治疗中牙周指数及龈沟液流量变化

Analysis of changes of periodontal index and gingival crevicular fluid on fixed appliances orthodontic treatment

目的和方法：３５例因错牙合畸形戴用固定矫正器治疗的患者于矫治前、矫治４个月、矫治结束、矫治结束后４个月，观察固定矫正器的治疗对牙周组织的影响。结果：菌斑指数，牙龈指数及龈沟液流量在戴用固定矫正器后均有显著增加。去除矫正器后菌斑指数及龈沟液流量与治疗前相比无显著差异，牙龈指数较治疗前显著减少。结论：戴用固定矫正器会对牙周组织产生一定程度的损害，但这一改变是可逆的。

AIM and METHODS:Changes of periodontal index and gingival crevicular fluid of 35 malocclusion cases were observed.These cases used fixed appliances orthodontic treatment in period of pre-treatment,4 months of treatment,end treatment,4 months after the end-treatmet.RESULTS:Plaque index,gingival index and gingival crevicular fluid increased with the used of fixed appliances.After the fixed appliances was getting rid,plaque index and gingival crevicular fluid hadn't much changes vs pre-treatment,but the gingival index was reduced significantly.CONCLUSION:Fixed appliances orthodontic treatment is harmful to periodontal tissue,while after getting rid of the fixed appliances the change is reversible.Periodotal tissue will recover from the damage,and more healthyer than pretreatment.
