黄甲棒的抗炎镇痛作用及其毒性

摘要 目的:观察黄甲棒与甲硝唑的抗炎、镇痛的作用.方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭炎,角叉菜、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿及纸片致大鼠肉芽肿等方法,观察抗炎作用;小鼠热板法和扭体试验观察镇痛作用.结果:黄甲棒167或83.5mg/kg sc,对肉芽肿抑制率分别为42.8%和43.5%,明显大于单用甲硝唑167mg/kg抑制率16.7%,且毒性低,其他动物实验方法研究也得到同样结果.结论:黄甲棒与单用甲硝唑比较,其抗炎镇痛作用增强,毒性降低. AIM:To study the effects on antiinflammation,analgesia and toxity of Huang-Jia Bang(HJB)containing berberine and metronidazole or metronidazole alone. METHODS; By useing the method of xylene-induced ear inflammation in mice.carrageenin or egg white-induced edema of hind paw in rats and paper pellet-induced granuloma in rats,the effects of antiinflammation were observed. By using the methods of body twisting and hot-plate experiments in mice,the effects of analgesia were observed. RESULTS:The inhibitory rate of HJB (ig 167mg/kg,sc 83.5mg/kg)on granuloma in rats induced by paper pellet was 42.8% or 43. 5% respectively.It was significantly more than that of metronidazole (ig167mg/kg)alone 16. 7%,and the toxicity of HJB was lower. On other experimental animal models,the results obtained were as the same. CONCLUSION:The experimental results suggested that the effects may increased and the toxicity may decreased by combinative use of berberine and metronidazole. This is valuable for further study.
