Objective To assess the oblique angle degree of bronchial lateral oblique tomography. Method 90 cases of chest CT scan were analysed. Results An average degree between rightbronchial and sagittal sector of chest was 24 degrees, and left 33 degrees. Conclusion On the basis of data of this article, the authors recommend that the angle selection should be accorded to the location and extent of the pulmonary lesion. 
