尾状核头三维空间形态与定位及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对尾状核头进行三维空间形态和位置的解剖学研究,为脑的立体定向手术提供形态学基础。方法:57只整脑114个尾状核头在三维切面上作2mm厚的连续切片,并在各脑片上直接进行观测。结果:尾状核头的前后径为14.0±1.7mm、左右径为8.3±1.0mm,上下径为17.7±3.7mm,体积为3127.6±5.2mm3,“靶心”坐标值:X轴为11.9±1.1mm、Y轴为22.3±2.1mm、Z轴为9.8±3.5mm,通过还原、重建,绘出空间投影轮廓图。结论:尾状核头的空间形态位置对脑的立体定向手术有参考价值。 Objective:The morphology and location of the head of caudate nucleus was studied to provide anatomic basis for stereotaxic technique of brainMethods:One hundred fourteen head of caudate nucleus(57 brain)were cut and observed with a thickness of 2 mm along sagittal section,coronary section and horizontal section separatelyResults:The head of caudate nucleus is 140±17 mm long,83±10 mm wide and 177±37 mm highIts average volume is 31276±52 mm3Conclusions:The results we provided here are very valuable on stereotaxic technique of brain operation
