广西发展对外经济关系的制约因素及路径选择

An Analysis on Constraints and Path to Guangxi’s Development of Foreign Economic Relations

中国—东盟自由贸易区建成将是广西发展对外经济关系的一种新契机、新起点。在现有的诸多机制框架下,广西对外经济关系虽取得了初步的成效,还面临着合作机制的落实难、国际市场的人为分割等一些亟待解决的制约因素。本文对这些问题进行理论剖析,并从构建一体化权威机构、扩大政府目标函数等方面提出了相应的路径选择,以期对在当前全球经济危机影响下,破解对外出口贸易放缓的困境提供有益的参考。

China - ASEAN Free Trade Area will be built, which is a new opportunity, a new starting point in Guangxi＇s development of foreign economic relations. Under many existing mechanisms and frameworks, Guangxi has achieved preliminary results in foreign economic relations, although still faced with some urgent constraints, such as the difficulty of the implementation on cooperation mechanisms, international market segmentation and so on. This article carries on the theo- retical analysis to these issues, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from constructing an integrated authority to expanding the govemment objective function, with a view of the influence on the current global economic crisis to break the plight of the slowdown to foreign export trade and provide the beneficial reference.
