恶性血液病粒细胞缺乏患者耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌脓毒症3例报道 被引量:11

Neutropenic Hematological Malignancy Patients with Imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa Sepsis:Analysis of 3 Cases

摘要 目的了解恶性血液病粒细胞缺乏患者合并耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌脓毒症的临床特点。方法回顾性分析2008年6月,3例恶性血液病中性粒细胞缺乏患者铜绿假单胞菌脓毒症的发生情况。结果3例患者均在死亡2~3d后2次血培养结果回报为耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌生长。结论恶性血液病中性粒细胞缺乏患者合并耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌脓毒症,病情进展快,死亡率高,应加强监控。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristics of imipenem-resistant Pseudornonas aeruginosa sepsis in neutropenic hematological malignancy patients. METHODS A retrospective review of the medical records of 3 cases in neutropenic hematological malignancy patients with P. aeruginosa sepsis in June 2008 were taken. RESULTS All they died within 3 days, 2 times blood culture results indicated. With imipenem-resistant P. aeruginosa growth. CONCLUSIONS Neutropenic hematological malignancy patients with imipenem-resistant P. aeruginosa sepsis have rapid progress of the disease and high mortality rates, we should step up surveillance.
