摘要
用氟芬那丁酯酸对4种鼠伤寒沙门氏菌营养缺陷型(TA)进行了回复突变试验和培养中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL)的染色体畸变试验.结果在加代谢活化系统(S9)或不加的条件下,氟芬那酸丁酯(剂量为05~5000μg·皿-1)对4种TA菌的回复突变菌落数无明显影响;对培养CHL的50%细胞抑制浓度为40μg·mL-1,浓度为4~40μg·mL-1的氟芬那酸丁酯对CHL染色体无致畸变作用.提示本品无致突变作用.
To examine mutational effects of Butylflufenamate(Buf.)on retrieve of histidinerequiring mutants of Salmonella typhimurium(TA)and on chromosomal teratogenity of Chinese hamster lung cells (CHL)in culture.The results show that Buf. at the dosage of 05~5 000μg/plate has no retrieving effects on four TA strains, whether to add metablic activiting systems(S9)or not;and Buf. with IC50 value of 40μg/mL, at the dosage of 4~40μg/mL, has no chromosal teratogenity on CHL.These date show that Buf. has no mutagenicity.
