摘要
本文用[3H]TdR靶细胞释放法,观察了对羟基苯乙基-α-D-葡萄糖甙在体外对小鼠脾天然杀伤细胞(NK)活性的影响.结果表明,对羟基苯乙基-α-D-葡萄糖甙能提高正常鼠的脾NK杀伤活性,显著提高环磷酰胺给药后的NK杀伤活性,减轻由地塞米松引起的NK活性低下,协同白细胞介素-2明显增强鼠脾细胞的NK活性,而且剂量与作用呈正比.
The effect of phydroxyphenethylαDglucoside pHPG(α)] isolated from the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum Ait. on natural killer(NK) cell activity in vitro was studied by TdR target release assay. When murine splenocytes were cultured with pHPG(α) at various concentrations (50, 25 and 5 μg·L1) alone or combined with interleukin2. The cytotoxicity of NK was significantly increased. pHPG(α) also had the ability to protect the NK activity from the inhibition induced by cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone, especially by cyclophosphamide. These results suggest that pHPG(α) is one of the water soluble compounds posssessing immunomodulating effect in Ligustrum lucidum Ait.
