摘要
目的:直流电经皮离子导入对局麻药盐酸利多卡因经过兔腹部皮肤的渗透进行研究。方法:采用不同的电流强度以考察电流强度对药物经皮转运的影响。结果:在电流强度分别为0.25、0.50和0.80mA的条件下,盐酸利多卡因的透皮速率为1.1±0.4mg·h-1·cm-2、1.4±0.5mg·h-1·cm-2和2.5±0.8mg·h-1·cm-2,分别是药物被动扩散透皮速率的3.5倍、4.2倍和7.8倍。
Aim:To inspect the feasibility of endotoxin detection of metronidazole and glucose injection by limulus test.Methods:Adopting endotoxic quantitative method and twocalibrationstandard addition method confirmed the interference with sample solution and 1∶1 dilution.Results:The sample solution had approximate two times inhibition to LAL and it could be eliminated by 1∶1 dilution.The results of test for endotoxins of thirty sets of samples were same as that of pyrogens test.[WT5”HZ〗Conclusion:The test for endotoxins can substitute for the pyrogens test on the condition of the sample using sensitivity 0.25 EU·ml-1 TAL detected and 1∶1 dilution.
