摘要
用放射自显影结合图像分析技术观察[3H]三环哌酯37kBq·g-1iv后20min至48h在小鼠体内的定位,分布和各器官组织内的含量变化.[3H]三环哌酯iv后20min和1h,总放射性较高的有尿液,胃肠内容物,脑区的尾壳核,海马和大脑皮层,肝,肾,泪腺,颌下腺等.结合放射性以脑,脊髓,肝和胃肠粘膜较明显.4和12h,总放射性以膀胱,大肠内容物,脑的尾壳核和海马及小肠内容物较高.结合放射性仍以脑区和脊髓较高.24和48h,总放射性和结合放射性在脑的尾壳核仍有弱的影像显示.
The distribution of tricyclopinate (37 kBq·g1 , iv) in mice was studied with whole body autoradiography. At 20 min and 1 h after tricyclopinate, remarkable accumulations of total radioactivity were found in contents of urinary bladder and digestive tract, cerebral cortex, hippocampus, caudate putamen, liver, kidney, esophagus, lachrymal gland, salivary gland, spinal cord and adrenal gland. The binding radioactivity was high in the caudate putamen, hippocampus, cerebral cortex, stomach mucosa, spinal cord, intestinal mucosa, liver and esophagus. At 4 and 12 h after tricyclopinate, the high total radioactivity was observed in bladder, caudate putamen, hippocampus, contents of digestive tract and the high binding radioactivity was observed in the caudate putamen, hippocampus, cerebral cortex, and spinal cord. At 24 and 48 h after tricyclopinate, both total and binding radioactivity were still seen in caudate putamen. tricyclopinate was eliminated by urethra and digestive tract.
