摘要
目的了解孕妇学校师资及教学设施的现状,为提高孕妇学校教学质量提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,调查广州市12区(县级市)妇幼保健院及综合医院共150所助产机构孕妇学校203名教师情况。结果担任孕妇学校的教师有护士、医生、助产士、保健医生;教师学历大专以上占80.8%;98.0%的孕妇学校有固定课室,使用的教具有音像设施、模型等。各级妇幼保健院与综合医院相比,在授课形式及内容方面更加丰富及多样化。结论广州市12区(县级市)孕妇学校硬件设施齐全,教师的专业构成比较合理。综合性医院与各级妇幼保健院在教学设施方面存在差异;缺乏专业的健康教育人员和统一规范的教学效果评价标准是孕妇学校存在的主要问题。
Objective To investigate the present situation of teachers and teaching installation in pregnant women' s school in hospital, so as to give a basis for improving teaching quality. Methods A total of 203 teachers from 150 pregnant women' s schools were investigated by filling out questionnaire, and they were from 12 areas (county-level)of Guangzhou MCH hospital and general hospital. Results The teachers in the pregnant schools included clinical nurseries, clinical doctors, midwife and health care doctors. 80. 8% of teacher' s educational background were junior college or above. As teachers in these pregnant women' s schools. 98.0% of pregnant women' s schools had fixed classrooms with audio-visual facilities, model and so on. Compared to general hospital, all levels of pregnant hospitals provided more rich and diverse teaching methods and contents. Conclusions The pregnant women' s schools in 12 areas ( county-level ) of Guangzhou have complete teaching installation. The professionalism of teachers constitute is rational, but there are differences in teaching installation between pregnant hospital and general hospital. Both of them are lacking of professional health education officers and standardized criteria for evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching.
