摘要
目的:探讨血中尼群地平的测定方法。方法:以毛细管气相色谱法、电子捕获检测器、无分流进样测定血浆中尼群地平。使用SE-54石英毛细管柱。血浆样品用甲苯提取,硝苯地平为内标。结果:尼群地平与内标、血浆杂质分离良好,尼群地平血浆浓度在5~80ng·ml-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9987,回收率101.5%~103.4%,RSD<6%。
Aim:To establish a TLCS method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of doxapram in human serum.Methods: The samples were alkalized and extracted with chloroform.The detection wavelength was 263 nm.Results:The linear range was 1~128 μg·ml-1 and the limit of detection in serum was 0.6 μg·ml-1. The mean recovery was 91.3%. Conclusions:The method is rapid, simple, accurate and good for the determination of doxapram concentration in serum.
