摘要
本文将我国《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2006)与美国LEED评价标准进行了比较,从评价标准的颁布主体、对建筑形式的划分、申报流程、经济效益等方面的不同对我国绿色建筑评价体系存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了如何进一步完善我国绿色建筑评价体系的建议。
In this paper, Chinese Green Building Evaluation Standard （GB/T 50378-2006） and LEED were compared. Some problems in the system of Chinese green building evaluation were discussed from different aspects, such as the promulgation subject, division of architecture patterns, declaration schedule, economic benefits. And then, some advises to improve Chinese green building evaluation system was proposed.
