Design and Development of a General Performance Testing System for Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Products

本文介绍了一种能够测试风机盘管、风冷热泵机组、暖风机和组合式空调机组性能的综合试验测试系统。首先简要说明了搭建测试系统的原理以及试验系统的组成和采集系统的构成,而后重点分析了各参数的测控方法,并展示了综合性能试验台的主要功能和特点。

In this paper, a testing system for general performance of refrigeration and air-conditioning products, such as fan coil unit, air- cooled heat pump, unit heater and air handling unit, was introduced. At first, the principle of testing system and the structure of data acquisition system were briefly introduced. And then, measure and control methods were emphatically analyzed, also the primary functions and characteristics of the testing system were presented.
