我国建筑能耗的计量经济分析

Econometric Analysis on Building Energy Consumption in China

建筑能耗是我国能源消耗中的一个重要组成部分。本文根据中国建筑业1980—2006年的相关数据，从计量经济学的角度对建筑能耗及其影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明，建筑能耗作为衡量我国经济结构与人民生活水平的标志之一，其增长是必然趋势，应当引起足够的重视，正确开展节能工作并控制建筑能耗的增长速度。

Building energy consumption is an important part of the whole energy consumption in China. In this paper, the building energy consumption and its impact factors in terms of econometrics were analyzed based on the .data from 1980 to 2006. The investigation results indicated that as one of the important marks of economic structure and living standard, the increasing trend of building energy consumption was inevitable in China, and therefore, more attention should be paid and the energy-saving work should be carried out to control its increasing speed.
