摘要
轻质墙体材料应用于现代建筑,减轻了结构的承载力,降低了建筑造价,增大了使用面积。从追求墙体轻质、墙体构造、施工和工程造价4个方面分析了轻质墙体材料应用于现代建筑使得轻质墙体隔声性能难以达到设计要求的原因并提出了改善轻质墙体隔声性能的途径。对于单位面积质量、厚度和造价受到限制的轻质墙体,在声学规律的指导下采取结构合理的墙体材料和适当的墙体结构并加强施工质量管理可在一定程度上改善墙体的隔声性能。
The light-weight walling-material is applied in the modern architecture to reduce the load of building structure, save the construction cost, and increase the usable floor area. The causes leading to the insufficiency of air-borne sound insulation using light-weight wailing in modern architecture design from the following perspectives is analyzed in the light weight feature of the wall, wall structure, construction execution and construction cost. The methods to improve the air-borne sound insulation of light-weight wall are discussed. The light-weight walling of the building is limited in weight per square meter, thickness and construction cost. Under the direction of acoustic law, by applying reasonable wall materials and proper wall structure with reinforced construction control, the airborne sound insulation of light-weight wall will be improved in certain degree.
