果胶酶处理改善APMP质量的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了果胶酶对碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)的酶处理。结果发现,果胶酶处理可以改善APMP的滤水性能,并在一定程度上提高了浆的强度和白度。较优的酶处理条件为:纸浆中w(果胶酶)=1500×10-6,w(浆浓)=1.0%,初始pH为4.5,处理温度为45℃,处理时间为60 min。 APMP was treated by pectinase. It is proved that the treatment can improve the drainage, the strength and the brightness of the APAM. The optimum conditions for the pectinase treatment are as follows:the concentration of the pectinase is 1 500×10^-6 in pulp, the pulp concentration is 1.0%, pH value is 4.5, temperature is 45 ℃, and process time is 60 min.
