造纸用荧光增白剂的复配增效 被引量:5

Enhancing Paper Brightness by Synergistic Effect of Different Fluorescent Brighteners

摘要 采用物理和化学的方法对几种常见的双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂进行复配,研究了复配对纸张增白效果的影响。结果表明:物理复配和化学复配均能提高荧光增白剂的增白率;其中,物理复配最高可使增白率由14.8%提高到16.9%,化学复配最高可使增白率由13.4%提高到21.9%。化学复配比物理复配更加有利于提高荧光增白剂的增白率;荧光增白剂的复配增效研究与开发,具有广阔的发展前景。 The synergistic brightening effect of triazine-stilbene fluorescent brighteners complexed by physical and chemical methods was studied. The results show that both the physical and the chemical complexes of fluorescent brighteners can enhance the brightening effect of the fluorescent brighteners. The brightening rate of the physical complexed fluorescent brighteners can be increased from 14.8% to 16.9% while that of the physical complexed fluorescent brighteners can be increased from 13.4% to 21.9%. That is,the chemical complex method can make a larger improvement for the brightening effect than the physical complex method. Therefore, it has a broad development prospect to research the synergism of fluorescent brighteners.
