高速公路是一个复杂的系统,路线设计不能局限于满足交通运输功能及经济发展的要求,还应着眼于保护沿线的生态环境,做到公路主题工程与生态环境的自然和谐。不仅使公路本身形成一个行车迅速舒适、清洁安全的环境,还应使公路融入周围环境。

The expressway is a complex system. The line design cannot limit in the requirements to meet the traffic function and the economical development, and also should focus on the protection of the ecological environment along the line to achieve the natural harmony of then expressway subject engineering with the ecological environment. It is not only to make the expressway form a rapidly comfortable, clean and safe driving environment, but also to integrate the expressway with the surrounding environment.
