摘要
提出一种滚刀铲磨用砂轮零编程数控修整方法,分析砂轮修整原理,得到砂轮修整数学模型。在此基础上,给出砂轮修整零编程数控系统总体构成及其控制流程,并在滚刀铲磨车床上进行实际应用。
NC automatic programming for hob reheving grinding wheel dressing is introduced. Base on analysis of the principles of wheel dressing, the mathematic models on wheel dressing are established. On this basis, NC automatic programming for hob relieving grinding wheel dressing and its control of the overall flow are obtained, and have practical application on the hob relieving grinding machine.
