摘要
在建立工件与刀盘两者之间的位置关系基础上,应用对数螺旋锥齿轮的啮合原理并结合数控机床加工的特点,分析对数螺旋锥齿轮加工刀具的运动轨迹;建立刀具的走刀轨迹方程,明确对数螺旋锥齿轮加工的特点及几何方法。走刀轨迹方程的建立,从理论上保证了在数控机床上加工对数螺旋锥齿轮工艺的可行性,进而可以实现在数控机床上对这种新型螺旋锥齿轮方便、快捷地加工。
The orbit diagram equations of tool was established by the engagment of logarithmic spiral bevel gear and machining characteristics of multi-axis Numberical Control(NC) machines,on the basis of establishment of coordinate ralation between cutter and workpiece. The basic process and geometric method of gear machining were detailedly analyzed give convenient to NC programming to the orbit diagram of tool,it' s the essential prerequisite of NC machining of logarithmic spiral bevel gear.
