摘要
通过前货箱体注塑件工艺分析,介绍该件模具的整体结构和设计要点,提出一种减少流道长度方法,设计滑块和油缸结合的抽芯方式,设计局部倒扣,解决因大中型复杂模具定模抱紧力过大而导致的拉裂和拉白现象,实现前货箱体注塑件的注塑和顺利顶出。
By process analyzing of the front packing case, the overall mold strueture and key design points for this product were introduced, a way of shortening the length of runner system in the injection mold was put forward, the combination of slide and cylinder to fulfill the core pull was given. The techniques of using undercut solve partial split which caused by excessive pulling force during the process of mold opening in middle or large-sized complex moulds. Product was ejected and produced easily by adopting the mold structure.
