Quantitative Determination of Ofloxacinum Capsules by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

报道了ＨＰＬＣ法测定氧氟沙星胶囊的含量．选ＯＤＳ色谱柱，以维生素Ｂ６为内标物，乙腈水磷酸三乙胺（１０５∶３８６∶３∶６）为流动相．氧氟沙星对照品与内标物的浓度之比为横坐标，峰高比为纵坐标作图，线性范围为００８～０８ｍｇ·ｍＬ－１，相关系数ｒ＝０９９９８，平均回收率为１００１％，相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ＝０１７％．

A method has been establised for the quantitative determination of ofloxacinum in its capsules by HPLC.An ODS column and a mobile phase of acetonitrilewaterphosphoric acidtriethylamine (105∶386∶3∶6)were used and Vitamin B6 was selected as the internal standard. The linear relationship between the concentrate ratio of the standard ofloxacinum to internal standard and the ratio of their peak height was quite good. The correlation coefficient was 0999 8,the average recovery was 1001%,and RSD was 017%(n=5).
