摘要 介绍了一种新型的搅拌散气曝气的技术原理,并说明其相对传统主流微孔曝气技术的优良性和节能性特点。搅拌散气曝气技术具有曝气性能好,动力效率高,能耗低,工艺适应性好的技术特点。通过标准活性污泥法的工程实例,实际处理量为2.88×10^4~5.3×10^4m^3/d的污水处理厂,BOD去除率达90%,处理单位水量的消耗电量为0.0732kW·h/m^3,与同类曝气设备的应用进展情况对比表明,搅拌散气曝气技术因其控制的灵活性和节能潜力而具有广阔的应用及推广的可能性。 The paper introduced a new technology principle of agitating aeration. Comparing with the traditional mainstream microporous aeration technology, the agitating aeration technology has characteristics of optimal property and energy saving. The agitating aeration technology features good performanee of aeration, high oxygen-transfer efficiency, .low energy consumption and good process adaptability. Through the engineering example of activated sludge process, the sewage treatment plant's practical throughput is 2.88 ×10^4- 5.3 ×10^4 m^3/d, BOD removal rate is 90%, electric quantity of consumption of unit treatment water is 0.0732 kW·h/m^3 . Comparing with developments and application of other similar aeration equipment, the results shows that the agitating aeration technology has wide application and possibility of extension because of its flexibility of control and energy saving potential.
