摘要
介绍了氨法脱硫在安徽金源热电厂的应用中,通过合理的注氨方式来提高脱硫效率,若注氨位置或注氨控制方式不当会引起出口烟气逸氨超标。该项目采用的新型氨法脱硫工艺是将氨分别注入吸收塔及铵盐氧化罐,并通过控制溶液的pH值来控制脱硫系统注氨量,并采用变频注氨泵使注氨量能快速、准确地根据入口二氧化硫含量调节注氨流量,使氨法脱硫能经济有效地运行。
It was introduced the applieatlnn of ammonia desulfurization in Anhni Jinyuan Thermal Power Plant, ammonia was injected through reasonable means to increase the efficiency of desulfurization. The wrong location or .the wrong control way of ammonia injection would cause ammonia in outlet flue gas over standard. The new ammonia desulfurization technology is that ammonia is injected separately into the tower and the oxidation tank, and by controlling the pH of ammonium salt solution to control the injection of ammonia flow. Controlling the ammonia injection pump' s frequency can regulated quickly and accurately the dose of injecting ammonia in accordance with the inlet flue gas' s sulfur dioxide, so the ammonia desulfurization process can be operated economically.
