To separate each component of recombinant human granulocyte marcophage Colonlystimulating Factor (rhGM CSF), by using FPLC with gel column,Meanwhile, calculate the content of the GM CSF in the products according to the peak area, we determined three batchs of recombinant GM CSF(product named Leucomax) made in U.S.A. The concentration of them were 0.43, 0.40, 0.42mg/ml respectively.
