摘要
应用旋光法测定复氢霜中氢化可的松的含量，方法简便、结果准确，平均回收率为101.01％，RSD=0.31％（n=6）
A method for determination of bydrocortisone in compound Hydrocortisone cream by optical rotation was reported. The results showed that this method was simple and accurate. The average recovery was 101.01% and RSD was 0.31 % (n=6).
