以Ｎｏｖａ－ＰａｃｋＣ１８为色谱柱，０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ庚烷磺酸钠－甲醇－甲酸（８５１５０．５）为流动相，检测波长２５４ｎｍ。
A HPLC determination for 4chloracetanilide in paracetamol was described. The procedure was carried out on a Novapack C18 column, using 0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonatemethanolformic acid(85∶15∶0.5) as mobile phase, with UV detection at 254 nm.
