摘要
通过对(0.9-x)Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.1BaTiO3-xPbTiO3(x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15)系列铁电陶瓷射频(20Hz—1GHz)复介电常数ε(ε=ε′+iε″)的测试,观察到其介电弥散行为在10MHz以下随PbTiO3含量的增加而减弱;在10MHz以上却都表现出强烈的介电弥散,伴有强烈的介电损耗峰,并且介电损耗峰随PbTiO3含量的增加而向高频移动.结合其介电温度谱与电滞回线的测量结果,探讨了这一系列铁电陶瓷材料介电弥散行为与铁电微畴的关系.
The frequency dependence of complex dielectric response ε ( ε = ε′ + iε ″ ) of (0.9- x )Pb(Zn 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3-0.1BaTiO 3- x PbTiO 3( x =0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15) ferroelectric ceramics was measured carefully between 20Hz and 1GHz. It was observed that the dielectric dispersion became weaker with the increase of PbTiO 3 content below 10MHz. There is a strong dielectric dispersion with a high absorption peak, above 10MHz, which shifts towards higher frequency with the increase of PbTiO 3 content. Comparing with the temperature dependence of the dielectric behavior, the hystersis and the reversal polarization current, the different contributions to dielectric dispersion of microdomains and macrodomains are discussed.
