复合氨基酸钙中试生产及其生物利用的研究 被引量:1

Study on the production of pilot scale test of calcium complex amino acid compound and its bioavailability

摘要 采用胰蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶水解豆粕,中试生产复合氨基酸钙,并以SD大鼠为模型,评价该产品的生物利用率。结果表明:中试生产复合氨基酸钙最适条件为复合氨基酸与钙的摩尔比为2∶1、pH7.5、温度50℃、时间2h,钙螯合率为31.58%,产品得率39.51%。大鼠饲养结果:2种剂量的复合氨基酸钙和"乐力"氨基酸螯合钙对大鼠股骨质量、骨密度、股骨钙和钙表观吸收率显著高于低钙饲料组(P<0.01)。2种剂量水平的氨基酸螯合钙对大鼠骨密度、股骨钙和钙表观吸收率差异显著(P<0.01)。复合氨基酸钙比"乐力"氨基酸螯合钙有不同程度的钙表观吸收率增加。由此可见复合氨基酸钙是一种高吸收型的活性钙。 The paper introduced the hydrolysis of soybean reside by the trypsin and papaya enzyme and preparation of calcium complex amino acid compound in pilot scale test. SD rat used as aminal model for evaluatining of this product. The results showed that the optimum conditions of chelate of calcium complex amino acid compound were adding complex amino acid with calcium in the concentration radio of 2:1. respectivity, under pH 7.5, temperature 50 ℃, time 2 h. The calcium chelate rate 31.58%, product obtain rate 39.51%. The rats feeder results showed that the weight, bone density, calcium content of femurs, and apparent absorptivity of calcium were significantly increased in the calcium complex amino acid compound and calcium amino acid chelate compound of"Osteoform" than in the low calcium feedstuff group(P〈0.01). The bone den- sity, calcium content of the femurs and apparent absorptivity of calcium were significantly increased in the high calcium group than in the low calcium group (P〈0.01). The bone density, calcium content of the femurs and apparent absorptivity of calcium. The apparent absorptivity of calcium was were significantly increased in the high calcium group than in the low calcium group(P〈0.01). The apparent absorptivity of calcium was higher in different degree in the calcium complex amino acid compound group than in the calcium amino acid chelate compound "Osteoform" group. Thus it is seen that calcium complex amino acid compound was a kind high absorb able active calcium.
