芝麻油对醋酸泼尼松致骨质疏松症大鼠的防治作用 被引量:5

Preventive and thera eutic effects of sesame oil on glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis in rats

摘要 目的:探讨长期应用醋酸泼尼松对大鼠骨质和骨量的影响,观察芝麻油的干预作用。方法:32只SPF级♂SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(NS)、醋酸泼尼松组(GC)、芝麻油组(GC+SO)、辛伐他汀组(GC+ST)。根据体质量给药,88d后心脏抽血处死大鼠。左尺骨制备消化液,检测单位骨中骨矿及骨羟脯氨酸含量;左股骨进行骨密度检测;右股骨进行骨生物力学检测。结果:长期应用醋酸泼尼松抑制大鼠体质量增长(P<0.01),反映骨质和骨量的指标明显减少,存在显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。而芝麻油组对其有不同程度的预防作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:长期应用醋酸泼尼松可致骨质丢失,骨密度降低,骨生物力学特性降低。芝麻油在所用剂量下具有预防醋酸泼尼松致大鼠骨质疏松的作用。 Objective: To study osteoporosis of glucocorticoid-induce and investigate effects of sesame oil on rats, Methods: thirty-two male rats were randomized into 4 equal groups, and were given intragastdc administration with distilled water (NS), glucocorticoid (GC) at the daily dose of 3.5 mg/kg. GC plus SO at 5 mL/kg.d (GC+SO group), and GC plus ST at 5 mL/kg.d (GC+ST group). Left elbow-bone hydroxyproline, calcium and phosphate contents were measured in the rats; with the left femur taken for bone density; with the right femur taken for bone biomechanical test. Results: long-term administration of prednisone acetate could inhibit the growth of body weight on rats (P〈0.01), the indicators reflecting the amount of bone and bone quality apreventive effect in varying degrees (P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). Conclusions: long-term use of prednisone acetate can induce bone loss, reduce bone mineral density and bone biomechanical properties. Sesame oil under the given dosage plays a role on preventing rat's osteoporosis induced by prednisone acetate.
