芝麻饼粕蛋白急性毒性试验研究 被引量:8

Acute toxicity test study on mice with sesame cake protein

摘要 通过对芝麻饼粕蛋白的小鼠急性毒性试验研究,对芝麻饼粕蛋白的安全性作出初步评价。通过预试验,采用霍恩氏法(剂量递增法)选择4个剂量组进行灌胃,判定LD50。芝麻饼粕蛋白的经口LD50>15000mg/kg,属于无毒级别。因此芝麻饼粕蛋白作为一种优质的蛋白质来源是安全的。 To verify whether the sesame cake protein was safe or not, an acute toxicity test on mice was carried. Through pre-experiment, we selected four kinds of doses, adopted Hora's method to obtain the LD50 of sesame cake protein. The results showed that LD50 of sesame cake protein was higher than 15000 mg/kg and thus was classified as innocuity. So sesame cake protein as a high quality source of protein is safe.
