摘要
通过白土将餐饮废油脱色后皂化,再将皂化液转化成油酸铅、硬脂酸铅沉淀,用甲醇将二者分离,分离后再通过酸化处理生成相应的油酸与硬脂酸。经检验,硬脂酸纯度达到83%,油酸分离更为彻底。
Waste edible oil is decolorized by bleaching earths, then being saponified. The solution, got from saponification, is changed into precipitate of lead oleale and lead stearate. Using methanol to seperate lead oleae and lead atearate, then after a series reaction with hydrochloric, acid oleic acid and stearic acid are obtained. The purity of stearic acid is 83%, and oleic acid is separated completely by inspection.
