摘要
系统比较柿皮、柿肉、柿蒂及柿核单宁提取物对二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH·)、·OH、2,2'-联氮-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)3种自由基(ABTS+·)的清除效果。结果表明,不同部位的柿子单宁提取物对·OH、DPPH·和ABTS+·均具有较高的清除能力,但不同部位柿子单宁提取物对自由基清除效果存在差异,对上述3种自由基清除能力均为柿肉单宁>柿皮单宁>柿核单宁>柿蒂单宁,且柿子各部分单宁提取物对OH·、DPPH·的清除能力均高于同浓度的葡萄籽提取物。
The antioxidant activities of persimmon extracts from different parts of peel, pulp, calyx and seed was studied in DPPH system, salicylic acid system and ABTS system. The results showed that the tannins extracts from different parts of persimmon had strong scavenging activities on OH· ,DPPH·, and ABTS^+·. The scavenging effects in all tested systems were in the following order: pulp extract〉peel extract〉seed extract〉calyx extract. The scavenging effects of persimmon tannins on OH. and DPPH. were higher than that of grape seed extract.
