Study on purification technology of total flavonoids in wolfberry leaves

摘要 摘要:研究了用大孔树脂分离纯化枸杞叶总黄酮的工艺,采用AB-8、HP-20、D101三种大孔树脂对总黄酮极性分离纯化,结果表明D101大孔树脂对枸杞叶黄酮有较好的分离纯化性能,确定了纯化工艺中加水量为10倍,水洗剂用量5BV,乙醇洗脱浓度为30%和60%,洗脱体积为3~4BV,树脂连续使用3次后需再生,黄酮物质的高效液相色谱分析说明,醇提取物中92%是芦丁。 Purification of flavonoids of Lycium Chinese leaves using macroreticular adsorbents was studied Macroreticular adsorbents HP20, AB-8 and D101 were used to richen and purification flavonoids. Results indicated that the D101 showed a better comprehensive adsorption property. Some parameters were decided in purification technology that the amount of adding water 10 times, the volume of water 5 BV, the concentrtion of used EtOH 30% and 60%, and the adding volume 3-4 BV. The macroporous resin should be regenarated after using 3 times continually. Flavonoid compounds in leaves of Lycium bararum were analized by using HPLC, results showed that rutin was the main component, which has a high content of 92%.
