真空中高速旋转电机的保护措施

摘要 针对表面快速熔凝所用旋转卡具电机处于真空条件下,易引起放电击穿,造成电机及电机控制电源损坏这一电子束表面快速熔凝处理的技术关键,采用双图变压器和绝缘联轴器,保证电机在一定真空条件下即8×10-2Pa≤H≤2.7×10-1Pa起动,使得旋转卡具可连续工作,经多次试验结果证实该套卡具系统可用于电子束超快速熔凝处理实验研究和生产,为电子束表面快速熔凝处理的进一步应用提供了技术保证。 In this paper, in accordance with the technological problem of electron beam surface rapid solidification, namely, the rotating jig motor is in the vacuum, therefore easily led to discharging breakdown,resulting in electric motor as well as motor power source destroyed, the double coil transformer mortor contro power source and good insulating coupling are used. The electric motor start must be insured at the condition 8×1002≤H≤2. 7×10-1Pa. Through repetedly experiment it is confirmed that thes rotating Jig system can be operated continuously. Ths result provides technological guarantee for the further applications of electron beam surface rapid soidification.
