摘要
建立补骨脂药材快速、简便的含量测定方法,考察不同产地药材中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量差异。采用单因素和正交试验设计法考察最佳提取条件,采用薄层-紫外法分离测定补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。结果不同产地补骨脂中补骨脂素含量为3.357～5.768mg/g,异补骨脂素含量为2.235～5.354mg/g,广西补骨脂药材中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量较高。用本法测定,操作简便、准确性高、重复性好。
In order to establish a fast and simple determination method for Psoralea corylifolia, the psoralen and isopsoralen contents were determined in the Psoralea corylifolia samples from different regions. The optimum experimental condition was set up by single-factor and orthogonal design test, and the psoralen and isopsoralen were separated and determined by TLC-UV. The psoralen contents in the samples from different regions were 3.357-5.768 mg/g, and isopsoralen contents were 2.235 -5.354 mg/g. The psoralen and isopsoralen contents in the sample of Guangxi province is highest. The method has high duplication and exactitude.
