老年人特拉唑嗪相关性弥漫性肺泡出血一例并文献复习

摘要
弥漫性肺泡出血（diffuse alveolar hemorrhage，DAH）属临床危重症，反复发作可能导致机化性肺炎、肺纤维化等，最常见病因为小血管炎性疾病。药物导致DAH近年来屡见报道，我们报道盐酸特拉唑嗪相关性DAH1例并文献复习，旨在提高临床医师对药物安全性的认识。
